Our Story
Over 40 years ago, my father, Paul "Jeff" Urban, and my mother, Sarah, moved to Murrells Inlet with little more than each other, kids in tow, their dreams, and the determination to build a better future. Like many families, they came here searching for opportunity and a chance to create something meaningful for the next generation.
From the beginning, my parents were committed to giving us a better life. They believed that success was earned through hard work, honesty, and dedication. My father embodied those values every day.
As an HVAC technician and installer, my father worked tirelessly during the day and then continued to provide trusted HVAC services to his customers in the evenings, holidays, and on weekends. The hours were long, the work was demanding, and the rewards did not always come easily — but he never complained. He believed in doing things the right way and taking care of the people who entrusted him with their heating and cooling solutions.
Starting at just 12 years old, my brother and I spent Saturdays, school vacations, and summer breaks by my father’s side. We weren't just learning a trade; we were learning invaluable life lessons. We discovered the importance of craftsmanship, responsibility, keeping your word, and treating people with respect.
While he may not have been financially wealthy, my father provided us with something far more valuable — a strong foundation built on character, integrity, and experience. The skills and values he instilled in us continue to shape who we are today and guide everything we do.
Today, those same principles inform the exceptional work we provide throughout Horry County and Georgetown County, South Carolina. We proudly serve families and businesses in communities including Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Socastee, Murrells Inlet, Garden City, Carolina Forest, Forestbrook, Conway, North Myrtle Beach, Little River, Loris, Longs, Aynor, Pawleys Island, Litchfield, and many surrounding areas.
